Lynda Crane Liu is the Head over seer of Elohim Covenant. She was given a world vision from God while living in Alaska over 20 years ago. She is the Pastor of Elohim Covenant Church in Heppner, Oregon. The ministry house is a place of refuge for many and a place to grow in the Lord. God has given Lynda a word about an International School of Ministry. People continue to come from abroad. Heppner is a city of refuge, and God is beginning to establish businesses for the building up of His kingdom. She strongly believes that the fathers are to lay up for the children, not the children for the fathers. We study the Word daily contending for the faith that was once delivered unto the saints.

Lynda recently married Alvin Liu who stands with her in the ministry as well as managing the businesses. God is joining a people together who have come into covenant with Him by sacrifice. The door is open, and God is calling His people to come up higher.
